Thank you for investing in the work of a living artist. Each fine art print and custom commission is made to order, created with intention and care. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Returns or Exchanges on Fine Art & Custom Works
All fine art prints and custom commissions are final sale. As each piece is custom printed or handcrafted on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these works. Please review your order carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, materials, or production timelines.
Wearable Art
We want you to love your wearable art. Returns and exchanges are accepted for wearable art pieces within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.
Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and hand-finished, we encourage you to consider your purchase carefully and reach out with any questions before ordering. This ensures that your selection is intentional and aligned with your personal style, while preserving the integrity of these unique works.
All Sales Are Final (Excluding Wearable Art)
Once an order is confirmed, fine art prints and custom works cannot be cancelled or refunded. This policy ensures each piece is created with full commitment and without excess production, in alignment with our values of quality, intentionality, and sustainability.
Damaged in Transit? We’re Here to Help
If your artwork or wearable art arrives damaged, please contact us at javiera@javieraestrada.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the item and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
