Thank you for your order. Each piece is prepared with care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in pristine condition.

Processing Times

  • Available prints and studio works: processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Custom commissions and wearable art: production times vary; you will receive a confirmed timeline at the time of purchase.

  • A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order has dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your location and the size/weight of the artwork. Both flat-rate and calculated options are available for domestic and international orders.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International clients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.

  • If you have questions regarding international delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Packaging & Handling

All works are packaged using archival materials and protective wrapping. Depending on size and value, larger artworks may be shipped via art courier or white-glove delivery service.

Delivery Issues & Delays

We partner with trusted carriers, but please note that delivery timelines are outside of our control once the shipment has left the studio. If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact us at javiera@javieraestrada.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Studio Pickup (Los Angeles)

If you are based in Los Angeles, in-person studio pickup is available by appointment. Please reach out after placing your order to schedule.
